Este nuevo álbum demostró ser mágico en todos los sentidos:
Durante la campaña de crowdfunding, que recaudó el 188 % del monto original necesario, los músicos fueron golpeados por un tornado, sin precedentes en la zona, que taló un tercio del bosque donde estaban acampando y escribiendo canciones, y destruyó por completo su campamento. aunque los músicos tuvieron mucha suerte de que ellos mismos y todo su equipo salieran milagrosamente ilesos.
Los preparativos del coro fueron tan intensos que el director y conductor del coro, Taras Yasenkov, tuvo que ser trasladado en ambulancia a un hospital psiquiátrico en medio de las sesiones de grabación, donde sufrió una crisis nerviosa, desde entonces se ha recuperado por completo.
Cuando el álbum estaba casi terminado, toda la banda se acostó con Covid, y como si eso no fuera suficiente, un mes después, Rusia atacó a Ucrania y envió todos los planes al infierno, lo que obligó a los autores intelectuales de IMPERIAL AGE , Alexander 'Aor' Osipov y Jane . Odintsova abandonó el país a toda prisa después de que la banda lanzara un manifiesto contra la guerra, interrumpiendo todo el proceso de producción y lanzamiento del álbum...

The lyrics of the third long player turned out to be frighteningly prophetic:
They deal with the quest for freedom and independence, the horrors of war, leaving home with no hope of return, and traveling through rough seas to distant shores - all the lyrics were written many months before all these topics became a grim everyday reality for the band.
As with most great things that involve a huge amount of super compressed energy, every step of the production of this album was achieved through a great effort by all involved:
composing the songs over many hours without food or sleep, long nights in the studio until sunrise, recording live orchestral instruments and choirs, countless rehearsals, hours and days of painting artwork, and many, many other things ...
... but the musical end result sounds and ultimately feels the other way around:
upbeat, uplifting and powerful. It seemed as if IMPERIAL AGE were at the end, especially when Max Talion (drums) and Paul Maryashin (guitar) left the band.
