BATTLECREEK ha lanzado un nuevo vídeo y sencillo titulado "Knockout In The First Round" antes de su álbum "Maze Of The Mind", que se lanzará el 11 de abril. Al mismo tiempo, realizarán una gira por Europa con Angelus Apatrida del 3 al 20 de abril. El álbum, con contribuciones de Philly Byrne de Gamma Bomb y arte de Andreas Marschall, fue producido por Chris Schmid en 48Nord Studios. Este lanzamiento ofrece un vistazo al último trabajo de los thrashers bávaros.
Con su tercer álbum, "Maze of the Mind", los thrashers de Battlecreek combinan hábilmente el sonido distintivo del thrash metal alemán con sus influencias del Área de la Bahía, llevándolo vibrantemente a la era actual. Desde su formación en 2004, los bávaros se han labrado activamente un nombre en la escena del metal nacional, lo que les llevó a aparecer en el documental "Total Thrash" como representantes de la nueva ola del Thrash Metal alemán.
